    Beta Tester

    I have received tons of comments from people complaining that they were upset the game beta test was starting too early. The 3:00 did not work for most people on the western half of the USA. You were off getting kids or coming home from work and the test was over.

    The next testing stage of this project will be conducted tomorrow:

    Thursday February 25th, 2010 - 7:30 PM - 11:00 PM PST (10:30 PM - 1:30 AM EST)

    The testing will be conducted during this time and you should be available to participate between these hours. However, we will continue to have more and more phases and you should sign up even if you cannot test during the stated times.

    In addition to all the fun the game provides, we will have several giveaways including and 8GB iPod Touch and $100 to Amazon for those who take the time to help us test.

    Once on the project, testers will be able to have an exclusive opportunity to be a part of future releases, including more load tests and eventually the full beta test! Those who apply for this next session are guaranteed entry to the test.

    If you enjoy playing games online, this is a great beta test for you!

    Sign up today!

    $100 GC for HP Beta Test

    Hewlett-Packard (HP) would like to invite you to participate in an upcoming beta program for a new wireless deskjet printer! A beta program is an opportunity for you to evaluate and provide feedback on your experience with a new pre-release product. The printer you would receive allows printing of documents and photos and also provides wireless printing capabilities when connected to your wireless network. If you are selected to participate in this test you will receive, at no cost to you, everything you will need to completely evaluate the product.

    We are primarily looking for someone who is also interested in printing photos at home and is willing to install the printer wirelessly. The evaluation period will last for four weeks beginning in late March 2009 and will run for 4 weeks.

    During the four-week evaluation period, you will be asked to complete a series of tasks using your Deskjet printer. Completion of the tasks should not take more than a couple of hours per week but we hope that you'll spend even more time using the product for personal projects. Upon completion of the tasks, you'll be asked to provide your feedback through an online survey.

    ** To participate, you must be available to test the printer from late March 2009 through late April 2009.** (Web registration required, see below.) If selected, you will be notified of acceptance into this program within the next few weeks. If you are not selected, we will keep your information on file for future programs.

    ================================================== =====
    PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
    ================================================== =====

    We are looking for evaluators who:

    Have an interest in printing photos at documents at home
    Willing to install and use a printer wirelessly
    Can spend two-three hours per week evaluating a product
    Willing to provide feedback both in person and through an online survey about your experience
    ======================================
    PROGRAM INFORMATION
    ======================================

    The HP printer you will be evaluating in this program is not currently available for purchase. A beta program is a unique opportunity for you to evaluate and provide feedback on your experience with a new product concept. We have learned that HP customers may use their products in unanticipated ways so by placing early units in the homes/offices of users, HP is able to learn more about our customers and make a better final product.

    The delivery/set-up of your unit would involve two or three HP employees/representatives coming to your home/office for up to three hours to observe your experience in setting up the printer and evaluating basic functionality.

    During the evaluation period we request and encourage you to report any and all problems, issues, suggestions, comments, ideas and/or questions regarding the product to HP. You will be able to easily communicate with HP through your personal VOConline Feedback Center.

    There are specific areas of interest where your feedback will be particularly valuable. These include:

    Product setup issues
    Error messages/defects
    Product ease of use
    Customer satisfaction
    If you are selected for this program, our intention is to leave the product at your home/office for the entire evaluation period. In certain situations; however, it may be necessary to remove the unit early. If this is the case, a prepaid FedEx airbill will be supplied. After the evaluation period, everyone who completes all applicable To Dos and Surveys and returns the beta unit within 2 weeks of the end of the program will receive a $100 HPShopping.com electronic gift card as a thank you for your time.

    ================================================== =====

    Centercode Beta Testing

    Here is a good opportunity for you to try and become a beta tester. This is only open for a short time so apply if you would like a chance to get in. Leave a comment. Thanks

    Most computer peripherals today require a USB port. As more and more devices get stacked up, it limits the number of available ports for things other than your keyboard and mouse. If you own a laptop and are feeling the crunch then you might be a good candidate for this beta test.Our client has a new technology that allows users to have multiple devices running through a single wireless USB receiver despite having everything being connected effectively.We are mainly looking for testers that have a Laptop PC with Windows XP or Vista, but would also like a few testers that have a Desktop PC. Qualified testers will also need to have at least one available USB port. We are looking for all types of testers, so please do not hesitate to apply even if you are new or inexperienced with computers.Remember, being a beta test volunteer means spending time daily engaged in testing and providing feedback in the Centercode system. If you are unwilling to commit to participate in the beta test, do not apply for this opportunity.The Centercode Beta Test Team
