Userworks Geico Survey

I did not qualify but why not give it a try heck its a chance of 1 -400 so not to bad.

UserWorks is seeking participants for an online survey on behalf of GEICO. The survey will take no longer than a few minutes to complete. Those who qualify and complete the online survey will be entered in a drawing for one $500 prize (to be paid online via PayPal; you don’t need to have a pre-existing PayPal account; the PayPal payment can be converted into cash). There will be one winner who will be drawn at random from 400 respondents and the winner will be notified via email after all responses have been collected.If you are interested in participating, please click the link below. You will be asked several screening questions to determine if you qualify for the survey itself. If you qualify, you will be automatically routed to the survey. The whole process should take you only a few minutes. Four hundred responses will be collected on a first come, first serve basis.
