You are invited to be a participant in a research studyabout job-seekers.
IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED AND SEARCHING FOR A JOB,YOU MAY PARTICIPATE.FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME STUDENTS MAY NOT PARTICIPATE.
DESCRIPTION: We are interested in how people approach theirjob search during times when they are looking for a job.After we receive your response indicating interest inparticipating in this study, we will be asking you to fillout a questionnaire, and then to fill out a follow-upquestionnaire at multiple stages: one-week, one-month, andthree-months after the original questionnaire.
TIME INVOLVEMENT: After we receive your response aboutparticipating in this study, your participation will takeabout thirty minutes for each questionnaire.
PAYMENTS: After we receive your response aboutparticipating in this study, we will send out the originalquestionnaire within a few days. Starting from thatoriginal questionnaire and for each of the follow-upquestionnaires submitted at multiple stages (one-week, one-month, and three-months after the original questionnaire),all participants will be automatically entered into a prizedrawing for two prizes of $100. The prize drawing willtake place by at the latest one week after thequestionnaires are submitted and will be conducted by theProtocol Director. No participation is necessary to enteror win a prize and participation does not increase yourchances of winning. The winners of this prize drawing willbe informed via the email address (or, alternatively, phonenumber) in contact information provided.
